Our commercial field technicians will visit you at your home to give you advice and measurements. For simpler buildings, we recommend that customers first obtain an informative quote. It is then easier for the customer to decide whether they are interested in the offer and whether they want to see it.
Please send us as much information as possible about the fence you want - the type of fence, length, height, colour, method of fixing (concrete foundations, screwing), whether you need a gate for a personal passage, a gate for a driveway, whether the ground is level or not - to our e-mail address or by phone. what are the terrain gradients, etc. Please also provide your personal details (first name, last name, address, telephone number, and email address), so we can forward your offer.
The delivery time for standard panel fencing in standard sizes and colours is usually 2-3 weeks, and for custom-made fencing and gates, 3-5 weeks - depending on the gate model and fence type.
The standard colours (no extra charge is required) are green (RAL 6005) and anthracite grey (RAL 7016). For other RAL colours, the price is at least 10% higher.
First, we need to ask ourselves why we need or need to. do we want a fence? The most common reasons are security, intimacy, and the enclosure of our property. This is followed by the desire for a rounded visual image of a space - a fence is like jewellery that, if chosen and designed correctly, adds to the decoration of the space and the buildings. So if you need a fence because you have small children and want to protect them from the dangers of, for example. proximity to a road, stream, or cliff... choose a fence high enough and strong enough to prevent climbing or passage through it. In this case, functionality comes first. But if the fence is for appearance, it can also be lower, more open, more decorative.
Customers sometimes need to be reminded that they are buying a fence for practically their whole life and that the right choice and the right quality are, therefore, crucial. Based on our many years of experience and knowledge of our customer's needs and wishes, we advise our customers to consider the following criteria when making their decision:
- ease of installation and use (maintenance-free, long lifetime),
- matching the customer's space, facilities and lifestyle (colour matching, customised fences),
- a complete range of services - from the manufacture of fences and gates (including customised products) to the provision of additional services (inspections, advice, planning, installation).
Most of our fences are made of steel, galvanised and powder-coated elements. They are, therefore, virtually indestructible and maintenance-free. Our fencing and fence gates are welded and painted in Prebold, where we have offices and our own production. We guarantee our customers compliance with all the necessary standards and top quality, which is regularly checked in our laboratories, and we have all the necessary certificates.
Despite our wide range of fencing systems, our customers still opt most often for panel fencing which represents the optimum combination of functionality, price and ease of installation. In standard green or grey colours, they blend in perfectly with the surroundings and the house. other buildings built in classical or modern styles. These railings do not obscure views, although in combination with wooden slats this can also be achieved.
Knitted wire mat fences are recommended for those who want to fence a larger area (e.g. farm, orchard, large garden, playground, etc.) or where the terrain is very rough.
We can offer customers interested in stone fencing stone baskets or. gabione or narrow stone fences. The latter differ from gabions in that they are made up of 12 cm wide posts to which panels are fixed on both sides and between which stones are placed. These fences are the best for intimacy, and gabions can even be used as a substitute for a trellis.
I. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
Article 1
The subject-matter of this Contract shall be the supply and installation of the panel fence and/or other products according to the tenders received or selected as an integral part of this Contract.
Article 2
The contractual works will be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation provided by the contractor, in such a way as to ensure the functionality of the fence and/or other products installed.
Article 3
The Contractor undertakes to carry out any additional work specifically ordered by the Client.
An estimate and an addendum to the contract shall be drawn up for this work. Additional works may also be agreed by an entry in the construction diary, which must be signed by both parties. The Contractor will price additional works not foreseen in accordance with:
- the bases set out in the tender estimate,
- the provisions of this Agreement; and
- the applicable price lists.
II. PRICE
Article 4
The value of the contract work is set out in the tender.
Article 5
Prices are fixed and unchangeable within the agreed installation period or until the end of the validity period of the offer at the latest.
Article 6
The installation price for panel fencing and/or other products includes:
a. Mapping of the route and the breakpoints with the client. The client shall arrange for the cooperation and agreement of the border guards on the boundary points.
b. Excavation for point foundations, planning of small protrusions of up to 10 cm that would interfere with the installation of panels and/or other products.
c. Installation of columns, supply and installation of concrete, fixing of columns and panels and/or other products with supports.
d. Levelling of the ground around the columns to their original state.
e. Final inspection of the fence and/or other products and removal of the fixings.
f. Removal of excess material left over from the excavation that could not be dismantled at the site.
The installation price of panel fencing and/or other products is not included:
a. Replanting of any vegetation that was present on or adjacent to the route before installation.
b. Purchasing and sowing grass.
c. Handling of major depressions and protrusions in the assembly route.
d. Patching concrete or asphalt.
e. Preparation of a Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
Article 7
In drawing up the estimate, the Contractor has taken into account that the Client will provide the Contractor with:
a. Marking of any technical ducts along the route of installation (water, TV and telephone cables, electricity cables, gas pipelines, heat pipelines, etc.). If the said technical lines are damaged and the safety of the Contractor is endangered, the Client shall bear all material and other costs.
b. Free movement and access from both sides of the fence or where the work is to be carried out, with a minimum width of 1 metre.
c. Material storage and physical protection of uninstalled material.
d. Free connection to electricity and water supply.
e. Normal working conditions.
III. ORDER AND PAYMENT
Article 8
The basis for the confirmation of the order is the coordination of all details between the client and the contractor and the payment of an advance of 50% of the tender value.
The advance payment must be made at least 21 days before the scheduled date of installation. On receipt of the advance, the Contractor shall:
- issue an advance invoice to the Client,
- coordinate all details with the client,
- agree with the client the estimated start of installation; and
- payment of the difference between the offer price and the advance received .
IV. ACCEPTANCE OF WORKS AND INVOICING
Article 9
On completion of the works, a quality and quantity acceptance (handover report) shall be carried out between the contracting parties. The handover of the completed works shall take place on the day of completion of the works or within the next five working days at the latest.
If no defects are found during the inspection of the works and recorded in the minutes, the acceptance shall be deemed to be definitive. Otherwise, the works shall be deemed to have been accepted when the deficiencies identified during the inspection have been remedied.
Article 10
The works shall be invoiced on the basis of the actual measurements and the fixed prices quoted in the tender, taking into account the conditions of sale set out in the tender.
The invoice is the basis for invoicing the Client. The Customer undertakes to pay the invoice, less any advances paid, within 8 days of issue, or. completion of the works.
IV. THE TIME AND DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE WORKS
Article 11
The Contractor shall carry out the Contract Works within the time required for the installation of the quantities ordered according to the Contractor's norm, subject to normal working and weather conditions. The start date of the works must be agreed between the client and the contractor at least 21 days before the works are due to start.
If the Contractor is prevented by the fault of the Client or due to force majeure from starting the works within the contractual period, the time for commencing and completing the works shall be extended by that period.
V. AGENTS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
Article 12
The authorised representative of the Contracting Authority under this Contract shall be the Contracting Authority named on the tender. The Customer may authorise another representative.
The authorised representative of the Contractor under this Contract is David LESJAK.
VI. WARRANTY
Article 13
The Contractor warrants that the products are protected against rusting by a 10-year warranty, provided that the products are free from visible damage due to various mechanical influences. A slight loss of colour intensity and lustre is a normal process of paint ageing. The WARRANTY DECLARATION and MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS are available at www.ograje.com.
Article 14
In the event that a defect due to unsatisfactory work or materials occurs during the guarantee period, the Contractor shall respond to written complaints within 8 days and, if the complaint is justified, remedy the defects at his own expense within 45 days.
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 15
The Contractor, or his employees, shall comply with the regulations on occupational safety and fire safety applicable to the execution of the works which are the subject of the tender and of this contract.
Article 16
The Parties agree to resolve any disagreements by mutual agreement.
If disagreements are not resolved by mutual agreement, they shall be referred to the competent court of the place where the Contractor is established.
Article 17
The contractual terms are general and shall be made known to the Customer upon receipt of the tender and/or prior to installation. If the Contracting Authority has no objections to the contractual provisions, it shall be deemed to have accepted the contractual obligations between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor by accepting the contract.
WARRANTY STATEMENT
OGRAJE KOČEVAR d.o.o., Prebold (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer) warrants that the products: PANEL FENCES 3D and 2D will meet the QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION CRITERIA for a warranty period of 10 (ten) years.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
The QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE guarantee is granted if the following criteria are met:
- the fencing system must be made exclusively from the manufacturer's original components and joints,
- installation must be carried out professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
- the recommended anchoring depth (point foundation with concreting) of 50 cm is suitable for areas with mild winds 1. wind zone. In the field of 2. and 3. wind zones must be subject to a static assessment based on wind strength and soil conditions,
- the fence must be maintained in accordance with the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE".
The manufacturer does not recognise the warranty in the following cases:
- if the fence is damaged by mechanical impact,
- if the fence is exposed to various solvents, acids, corrosive substances or aggressive atmospheric influences,
- if the fence is exposed to high temperatures above 60° C or low temperatures below -25° C,
- if the fault is the result of a force majeure (earthquake, windstorm, lightning, ice, vandalism, etc.),
- if the fence is cleaned with a water jet of medium to high pressure - above 2 bar - or with abrasive cleaners and various solvents,
- if the railing has been deformed by the load.
The basis for approaching the complaint is the damage report and the invoice.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product or from the date of installation, if carried out by the manufacturer of the Kočevar Fence.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PANEL FENCE
- The panel fence is resistance-welded from 4.9 mm diameter rigid galvanised steel bars manufactured in accordance with ISO (EN 10204-2.3). The zinc application shall be a minimum of 80 g/m2. The fencing nets are corrosion-protected with an elastic coating of pure polyester in a minimum application of 120 microns.
- Panel fencing must be seasonally cleaned from weed and grass overgrowth to prevent electrical corrosion.
It is recommended to clean with plain plaster or with a low pressure water jet, maximum 2 bar - use a spray.
- Cleaning the fence with medium and high pressure water jets is prohibited.
- Cleaning with aggressive , abrasive cleaners and various solvents is not allowed.
- In case of mechanical damage to the fence and bollards, the damaged area shall be cleaned, sprayed with 99% CINK spray and then painted with polyurethane paint of the appropriate RAL tone.
- It is forbidden to hang loads on the fence.
The company OGRAJE KOČEVAR d.o.o., Prebold (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer) guarantees that the products: SINGLE GATE (hereinafter referred to as the door) will meet the CRITERIA OF QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE within the warranty period of 2 (two) years.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE guarantee is granted if the following criteria are met:
- the doors must be made exclusively from the manufacturer's original components and fasteners,
- installation must be carried out professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
- the door must be maintained as specified in the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE".
The manufacturer does not recognise the warranty or. in the following cases:
- if the door shows a rough texture and minor deformations which are the normal result of previous hot-dip galvanising,
- if the door is damaged by mechanical impact, or if the door is deformed due to load or side impact,
- if the door is exposed to solvents, acids, corrosive substances or aggressive atmospheric influences,
- if the door is exposed to high temperatures above 60°C or low temperatures below -25°C,
- if the fault is the result of a force majeure (earthquake, windstorm, lightning, ice, vandalism, etc.),
- if the door is cleaned with a water jet of medium to high pressure - above 2 bar - or with abrasive cleaners and various solvents.
The basis for the approach to the complaint is the damage report and the invoice.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product or from the date of installation, if carried out by the manufacturer of the Kočevar Fence.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
The single-leaf garden door is corrosion-protected with a minimum 120 micron elastic coating of pure polyester.
- Doors must be seasonally cleaned from overgrowth and dust to prevent electrical corrosion.
- Cleaning with plain plaster or with a low-pressure water jet, up to a maximum of 2 bar - use a spray bottle - is recommended.
- Cleaning the door with medium and high pressure water jets is prohibited.
- Cleaning with aggressive, abrasive cleaners and various solvents is not allowed.
- In the case of mechanical damage to the door and associated mullions, the damaged area shall be cleaned, sprayed with 99% CINK spray and then painted with polyurethane paint of the appropriate RAL tone.
- It is forbidden to hang loads on the door.
- The outer lock and handle must be lubricated regularly (at least once a year) with a suitable lubricant.
The company OGRAJE KOČEVAR d.o.o., Prebold (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer) guarantees that the products: DOUBLE DOOR, SINGLE DOOR OR DOOR YARD DOOR (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer) will meet the QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION CRITERIA within the warranty period of 2 (two) years.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE guarantee is granted if the following criteria are met:
- the doors must be made exclusively from the manufacturer's original components and fasteners,
- installation must be carried out professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
- the door must be maintained as specified in the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE",
- if the company OGRAJE KOČEVAR has also supplied the ELECTROMECHANICAL DRIVE, it must be used as prescribed in the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE" of the supplier of the product - the company IPEN,
- The ELECTROMECHANICAL DRIVE MUST be serviced before the expiry of the basic warranty period of 1 (one) year. Ordering and carrying out a maintenance check before the expiry of the basic warranty also extends this warranty to a total of 2 (two) years. The maintenance check includes: inspection of the whole system, tightening of the screwed parts, lubrication of the moving parts, cleaning of the photocells, correction of parameters if necessary, etc.
The manufacturer does not recognise the warranty or. in the following cases:

- if the door is damaged by mechanical impact, or if the door is deformed due to load or side impact,

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY AND SURFACE PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE guarantee is granted if the following criteria are met:
- the fencing system must be made exclusively from the manufacturer's original supporting posts and supports and joints,
- installation must be carried out professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
- Columns and supports must be anchored in a concrete point foundation , minimum depth 50 cm or bolted to a concrete parapet,
- the anchorage height indicated is suitable for areas with light winds - 1. Wind zone,
- in the field of 2. and 3. wind zones must be subject to a static assessment based on wind strength and soil conditions,
- the fence must be maintained in accordance with the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE".

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE NET FENCE
