In the first quarter of the year, we conducted an internal customer satisfaction survey covering elements from first contact to invoicing at the end of the project.

From order to execution, our customers rated the process from the first offer to invoice on a scale of 1 to 5: clarity and transparency of the offer, a survey of the terrain, consideration of the customer's wishes, responsiveness, expertise and advice, and friendliness. From the start to the end of the works, we asked customers how they rated the delivery times, installation, assembly, quality of the fence and workmanship, and value for money.

The overall rating is excellent! We are grateful for their trust and, at the same time, proud that they rated the individual service elements with an average score of 4.73!
