• Technical/engineering associates: drawing up plans, technical advice to customers, field consultancy and measurements, preparation of complex tenders, project management, new product development, knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Sales associates: obtaining enquiries, advising customers, preparing quotations, securing orders, and analysing sales results.
• Production and assembly workers: welding, powder coating, shipping, field assembly.
